Can I change or cancel a flight after booking?
Most fares allow changes and some allow refunds; the airline's fare rules set the fee. Contact our desk and we check your ticket, tell you the cost first, and make the change once you agree.
Can I see prices in my own currency?
Yes. Choose a currency at the top of the page and every fare and room rate updates. Prices are converted at indicative rates, and the final amount is confirmed before you book.
Can you book for a family, a group or several cities?
Yes. Our consultants handle multi-city routes, families and groups of ten or more. Send the dates and the number of travellers and we come back with flights and hotels that fit.
How do I receive my tickets and hotel vouchers?
By email. Your e-ticket arrives once the airline confirms the booking, and hotel vouchers follow under the same booking reference.
